Reeder — one of the most popular RSS client for Mac — will soon be receiving a major update that overhauls its UI to make it in-line with OS X Yosemite.
The developer of the app posted a screenshot of Reeder 3 on Twitter, which gives us a look at some of the new UI changes including a transparent sidebar and an action that looks similar to Reeder’s iOS app.
Other details about the update are still not known, but the developer did reveal that Reeder 3 will be a free upgrade for all existing users.
After the death of Google Reader, the developer of Reeder took a few months to give the app a major revamp, and added support for other RSS services like Feedly, Feedwrangler, Feedbin and more.
Reeder 3 can be downloaded from the Mac App Store for $9.99.
